Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Type of Crops: Blueberries
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- The candidate should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidate should be able to maintain quality control and production records
