Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Area of Specialization: Water management
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers and also develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidate should be able to maintain quality control and production records and also supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties and also train and supervise staff
- The candidate should be able to oversee safety of operations and also maintain equipment
- The candidate should be able to organize and maintain inventory
