Piroche Plants is a well-known wholesale ornamental tree and shrub nursery. Our company operates in a huge farm area, using advanced techniques, producing quality products with an expert group of employees. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to full time or permanent employment. The candidates have to work in Day, Shift, Early Morning and Morning shifts. This position of Farm Foreman/Woman is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
Tractor, Automated irrigation system
Type of Product: Coniferous trees, Deciduous trees, Ferns, Native plants, Perennials
Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have agricultural service contractors specific skills such to negotiate with clients for provision of services, maintain financial and production records, soil fertility programs and permaculture
- The candidate should have farm supervisors specific skills to maintain quality control and production records, coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, develop work schedules and establish procedures and ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed
- The candidate should have landscape and horticulture technicians and specialists specific skills to budding trees, clipping, deleafing, mixing fertilizer, tying, vertical farming system, weeding, shoot positioning, greenhouse cleaning and lowering
