Type of crops: Asparagus, Bell peppers, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflowers, Cucumbers, Field berries, Garlic, Onions, Raspberries, Strawberries, Sweet corn, Tomatoes, Zucchinis
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be involved in other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should have experience in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato), with a preference for working outdoors in wet/damp, noisy, odorous, dusty, and hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet tight deadlines and skilled in handling repetitive tasks, even if they are physically demanding
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, stand for extended periods and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
