Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads as part of their job responsibilities, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting for extended periods and adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should be proficient in walking, able to stand for extended periods as required for their job, and skilled in bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for the position
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to do fruit and vegetable combination farming
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, perform shoot positioning, tying, weeding, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to provide fruit trees training, examine produce for quality, and prepare for the market
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
