Salary: $16.75 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Vegetable harvester and Forklift
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, overseeing the cultivation and management of various crops
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, implementing necessary safety measures for tasks conducted at elevated levels
- The candidates should be adaptable to wet or damp environments, ensuring safety and efficiency in these conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments, efficiently managing tasks in high-temperature conditions during the farming process
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency and accuracy in their work
- The candidates should be physically fit, as the job involves physically demanding tasks that require strength and stamina
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, depending on job requirements
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, maintaining focus and efficiency in a stationary position
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their job responsibilities
- The candidates should be flexible with bending, crouching, and kneeling, as necessary for specific job requirements
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be team players, fostering effective collaboration and contributing positively to group dynamics
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops and perform clipping
- The candidates should be able to deleafing and grading tasks
- The candidates should be able to engage in greenhouse cleaning and hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to perform lowering and participate in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and examine produce for quality, preparing it for the market
