Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, comfortable working outdoors, and adaptable to dusty working conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be efficient in performing repetitive tasks and able to handle heavy loads, managing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail, possess hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, comfortable standing for extended periods and walking
- The candidates should be flexible in tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling, possessing manual dexterity
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops and greenhouses
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to pick stones and/or wood from fields and perform vegetable culling
- The candidates should be able to engage in weeding activities and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and examine produce for quality and prepare for the market
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops
