Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Area of specialization: Water management
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to do oilseed (except soybean) farming, and wheat farming
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- The candidates should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- The candidates should be able to maintain quality control and production records
- The candidates should be able to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties, provide staff training
- The candidates should be able to maintain inventory of stored material, maintain equipment, supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying
