Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: The candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: The candidates should have work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of lifting and transporting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- The candidates should be capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead, in addition to ascending and descending ladders to move products
- The candidates should have the ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should leverage their excellent communication skills to influence and build relationships
- The candidates should have a willingness to learn new skills and proactively develop themselves and their career
- The candidates should be strategic, analytical thinkers who can make smart and rational decisions

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform best-in-class sales and service to customers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products
- The candidates should be able to maximize sell-through of TTI products by properly merchandising point of purchase material
- The candidates should be able to support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- The candidates should be able to strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, Team TTI management, and our retail partners
- The candidates should be able to monitor weekly sales and analyze results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition
- The candidates should be able to participate in the Leadership Development Program and implement all acquired skills to deliver results
- The candidates should be able to initiate and provide in-store product training sessions, events, and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers
- The candidates should be able to plan and execute demonstration events, store walks, etc.
