Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 3-5 years
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Tractor, Sprayer or duster, Feeding and watering system
Area of Specialization: Agricultural crop service
Type of Farm Operations: Potato and vegetable, Corn farming, Wheat farming
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be physically demanding
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have agricultural service contractors specific skills to provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
- The candidate should have agricultural service contractors specific skills to assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures
- The candidate should have agricultural service contractors specific skills to soil fertility programs
- The candidate should have farm supervisors specific skills to maintain quality control and production records
- The candidate should have farm supervisors specific skills to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- The candidate should have farm supervisors specific skills to develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidate should have farm supervisors specific skills to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidate should have farm supervisors specific skills to ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed
