Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in other grain farming techniques and practices
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, establishing work schedules and procedures
- The candidates should ensure adherence to farm safety and bio-security procedures while supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidates should be capable of performing general farm duties, including planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as maintaining farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
- The candidates should possess the skills necessary to fertilize and spray crops effectively, ensuring optimal growth and health
