Blue Berry GNL Farm Ltd. is known to sell blueberries and exclusively sell agricultural properties and be a top producing agent in the Fraser Valley. Our company is known to be working as a professional blueberry grower. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. Salary: $17.50 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Supervision: 3-4 people
Type of Crops: Blueberries
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- The candidate should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidate should be able to ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed
- The candidate should be able to maintain quality control and production records
- The candidate should be able to supervise and oversee breeding and other crop-related operations
- The candidate should be able to maintain work records and logs also hire and train staff
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment also perform general farm duties
- The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties
