Mountain View Growers Inc. based in Summerland, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Farm Worker. Mountain View Growers Inc. is known to specialize in high volume production of container grown broadleaf evergreens, conifers, deciduous ornamental hardy shrubs and blueberry bushes. We are a family known for organic farming using advanced techniques. We are known to serve fruits and vegetables coordinating all over Canada. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, also training will be provided to the candidates
Type of Product: Coniferous trees
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads
