Salary: $16.55 hourly for 40 to 70 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time

Work setting: Rural area, Staff accommodation available, and Various locations
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system, Fertilizer applicator, Sprayer or duster, Tractor, Combine harvester, Farm truck, Manure spreader, Planting equipment, and Tillage equipment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, in dusty environments, hot conditions, noisy environments, and wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure, prepared for physically demanding tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting, able to stand for extended periods, and walk, and perform activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
