Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, even in dusty environments, noisy conditions, and environments with various odors
- The candidates should be adaptable to working in wet or damp conditions and in cold or refrigerated environments
- They should excel in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, including efficiently performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads safely
- They should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be able to work while sitting for extended periods or standing as needed
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their duties and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping and conduct fruit tree training
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, perform tying tasks, and engage in weeding activities
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
