Salary: $15.65 hourly 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Ladysmith, BC
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to do tying, weeding
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market, clean work area
