Salary: $16.72 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Apples, Strawberries, and Sweet corn
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions and in noisy environments
- The candidates should be willing to work in dusty conditions and be able to tolerate and work in hot and cold/refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and willing to handle repetitive tasks, including handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and possess a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination skills, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, as well as able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and exhibit flexibility in adapting to various work requirements
- The candidates should demonstrate good judgment in decision-making and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration within the organization, and be reliable in completing assigned tasks
- The candidates should be quick learners, capable of adapting to new information and tasks efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops
