Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor and Hand tools
Credentials: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about organic farming practices and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as required for the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability and be quick learners
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops and participate in soil fertility programs
- The candidates should be able to clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
- The candidates should be able to engage in weeding activities
