Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, Animal/livestock husbandry and production, and Agriculture, agriculture operations and related sciences, other
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, and be familiar with livestock combination farming and other miscellaneous animal farming practices
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be prepared to work in dusty conditions, noisy environments, and tolerate various odors associated with farming
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions, have experience in dairy farming if applicable, and expertise in handling livestock
- The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions and be comfortable with tasks that may result in getting dirty
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to handle heavy loads safely
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, walk for extended periods, and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should work well in a team, be reliable, and learn quickly
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle animals, feed and tend them, and milk cows
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and perform general farm duties
