Salary: $24.00 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Rhein, SK
Work setting: Rural area, and Staff accommodation provided
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, and be familiar with other grain farming practices
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to feed and tend animals, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and perform general farm duties
