Salary: $21.00 to $28.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 40 to 80 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning
Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by the employer, Valid driver’s license
Work setting: Room and board provided, Rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Loader, Planting equipment, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Tillage equipment, Tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, in wheat farming, and in other grain farming
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
