Salary: $16.00 to $30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 112 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Combine harvester, Farm truck, Tillage equipment, Tractor
Area of specialization: Truck driving
Credentials: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work at noisy, odours, dusty, heights, confined spaces, oilseed (except soybean) farming, grain farming wheat farming, and other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to do brush collecting, harvesting seedlings, mixing fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, stone and/or wood picking
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
