Pristine Prairie Organics offers a wide range of certified organic products including grains, pulses, vegetables, and grass-fed meats. Their farming practices prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and ecological balance, ensuring that their products are free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of farm worker – harvesting is approved by LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment)

Salary: $23.00 hourly 40 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Pipestone, MB
Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Haying equipment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have knowledge about hay farming
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should function effectively as team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
