Felix Farms Ltd. based in Delta, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Farm Worker, Vegetables. Felix Farms Ltd. is well-known for vegetable farming. We are known for our advanced farming techniques. We are known to produce and supply organic vegetables. We provide both in-house and delivery services. In all, we are an expert group working with advanced farming techniques for years. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $19.00 per hour for 40 to 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate be able to perform tasks such as weeding and harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment also examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- The candidate should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables also plant bulbs and seeds
- The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties also grade products
- The candidate should be able to ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed
