Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, handling heavy loads weighing up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and performing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, a high level of attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods, while being comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary and adapting to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules
- The candidates should exhibit good judgment in decision-making, be organized in their work habits and time management, and demonstrate reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to work effectively as part of a team, uphold values and ethics consistent with the organization’s standards, and be quick learners, able to adapt to new tasks and procedures efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to grade, hand harvest vegetables, hoe crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform stone and/or wood picking, vegetable culling, weeding, and cleaning the work area
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine produce for quality, and prepare it for the market. Additionally, they should be able to sort, stack, bundle, and stamp materials
