Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be able to stand for extended periods as necessary for the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties and commitments, functioning effectively as team players and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouse facilities and hand harvest vegetables efficiently
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops efficiently and effectively
