Salary: $16.95 hourly for 35 hours per week

Location: Agassiz, BC
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be familiar with other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, clean the crops, and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouse areas, hand harvest vegetables, and harvest seedlings
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, clean the work area, fertilize and spray crops, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
