Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments, able to tolerate various odors, and adaptable to dusty working conditions, showcasing resilience in challenging workplaces
- The candidates should be able to work in cold/refrigerated environments, proficient in handling repetitive tasks, and capable of handling heavy loads, demonstrating versatility in various work conditions
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, possess excellent manual dexterity, and exhibit proficient hand-eye coordination, ensuring precision in their work
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, be able to stand for extended periods, and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required, showcasing adaptability to different physical demands
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment, maintaining efficiency and productivity in dynamic settings

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate machinery to process and package food products, performing corrective machine adjustments and making adjustments to process variables as needed
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a hygienic and efficient production environment
- The candidates should be able to maintain a shift log of production and other data, ensuring accurate documentation of the manufacturing process
- The candidates should be able to check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards, contributing to the quality control process
