Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, and have knowledge of hay farming practices
- The candidates should have experience in farming other vegetables and melons, excluding potatoes, and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet or damp environments
- The candidates should be able to tolerate odours associated with farming activities, work in dusty conditions, and in hot, cold, or refrigerated environments, as well as in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be adaptable to working in all weather conditions and comfortable with tasks that may involve getting dirty
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of meeting deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks, maintain productivity throughout, and be able to work effectively under pressure, handling stressful situations calmly
- The candidates should be physically fit, possess manual dexterity to perform intricate tasks accurately, and demonstrate attention to detail to ensure quality in their work
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as required by the job, as well as able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during the workday, and capable of lifting and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) safely and effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making processes and be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should exhibit reliability in completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, as well as be team players, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
- The candidates should adhere to strong values and ethics in their professional conduct, and be quick learners, capable of grasping new concepts and adapting to changing situations efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and harvest crops.
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, as well as provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
