Shifts: Day, Weekend
Transportation information: Own transportation, and public transportation is not available
Type of crops: Onions, potatoes, and vegetables
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to work in wet or damp conditions.
- The candidates should be tolerant of odors, comfortable working in dusty environments, and able to tolerate hot weather
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be adept at handling heavy loads, physically fit for demanding tasks, and possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should have hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and able to manage a large workload
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables
