Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Post-secondary education in a finance, business and data analytic
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should feel comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- The candidates should exhibit a strong ability to work within a team environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should ideally have manufacturing/costing experience in an ERP environment
- The candidates should possess strong analytic and advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide suggestions and recommendations
- The candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-financial functions
- The candidates should have familiarity with SAP
- The candidates should have advanced knowledge of MS Office
- The candidates should be able to prioritize work and manage changing priorities effectively
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the production team to understand root cause drivers of variances and communicate required resolutions to Operations and Finance teams
- The candidates should be able to work closely with MES team and Operations personnel daily to ensure all Work in Process (WIP) inventory is as accurate and timely
- The candidates should be able to communicate/escalate findings of write-off risks and slow-moving items to finance
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor and ensure completeness/accuracy of daily production transactions from Raw to Ready to Eat manufacturing processes
- The candidates should be able to investigate and bring resolution to discrepancies in daily process order transactions as urgently and real-time as possible
- The candidates should be able to engage relevant production teams on transactional errors and work together to determine corrections to be executed in MES (inventory control system)/SAP
- The candidates should be able to ensure prior day’s transactions are fully complete by the assigned deadline
- The candidates should be able to build automated tools that improve the efficiency of the investigation/resolution execution process
- The candidates should be able to run daily performance reports to validate completeness of transactions and ensure financials accurately reflect actual performance on the floor daily
- The candidates should be able to consistently leverage opportunities to educate hourly/salaried team members on the correct transactional process to be followed when significant transactional errors occur
- The candidates should be able to assist with the annual Direct Product Cost Budget process
- The candidates should be able to facilitate trace for internal and external audits
