Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any  degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: New Brunswick
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments and tolerant of odours that may be present in the work environment
  • The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated conditions and be adaptable to wet or damp working environments as required
  • The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail and capable of handling heavy loads, demonstrating physical strength
  • The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks in a physically demanding environment, possess manual dexterity for precise and accurate work, and have strong hand-eye coordination skills
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their job requirements
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required by job demands

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work demands and exhibit reliability in consistently meeting commitments and expectations
  • The candidates should be dedicated team players, fostering collaboration and cooperation

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing, including scraping away scales, cutting fish, separating fillets, and removing scrap parts using a knife
  • The candidates should be able to check fish fillets to determine the optimal number and size of fillet sections, cut sections according to specifications, and place them in a container for weighing
  • The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for defects and ensure conformance to company standards, performing corrective machine adjustments as required
  • The candidates should be able to set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or otherwise package fish and seafood products, as well as set up and operate machines to clean, cut, cook, smoke, brine, dehydrate, or otherwise process fish or seafood products
