Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 77 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Camrose, AB
Shifts: Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Construction site
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Roads and bridges
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, ear plugs, safety vest, and rain gear
Credentials: Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in dusty, hot environments, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads, being willing to work overtime as required and able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy and dependability in their work, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and excel in oral communication
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks, be reliable in meeting commitments, and be team players, able to collaborate effectively
- The candidates should be hardworking and dedicated to their responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
