Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to inspect, measure, and mark surfaces accurately for flooring materials and prepare efficient flooring plans and schedules for timely project completion
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, and install various types of flooring materials such as carpeting, vinyl, linoleum, and hardwood with precision and attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to inspect, repair, and prepare surfaces for flooring installations, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the process
- The candidates should be capable of safely and efficiently removing existing floor coverings and contaminants, as well as installing materials on various surfaces including walls, countertops, and raised platforms
