Tomato Basil based in Calgary, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food and beverage server. Tomato Basil is a locally and family owned business. We are half European and half Vietnamese ourselves. We have over 5 years of experience in this industry and are renowned for our service. We always hire efficient staffs to run smoothly our restaurant. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques or room billings.
- The candidate need to describe menu items including daily specials for customers, advise on menu selections, Also describe and advise on wine selection, Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- The candidate should be able to serve food and beverages and also Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
