Salary: $16.00 to $16.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 37 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation
Work setting: Restaurant, hotel, motel, resort
Supervision: No supervision responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system
Own tools/equipment: Uniform
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of standing for extended periods, and able to work under pressure, as well as handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, exhibit excellent oral communication, and display flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative, be organized, demonstrate reliability, and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and balance cash and record sales
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, as well as serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, while providing customer service
