Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions, as well as work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of handling weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent oral communication
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their work approach, show initiative in problem-solving, and be organized in their tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings, describe menu items including daily specials for customers, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections, balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and describe and advise on wine selection
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, and perform sensory evaluation of wines
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, supervise other servers and bussing staff, take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service
