Headquarters Restaurant & Bar based in Sherwood Park, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food and beverage server. Headquarters Restaurant & Bar has been serving hot meals for almost a decade. We have served hundreds of happy food-lovers over the years and wish to keep serving delicious Food. Salary: $17.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skill.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be someone who can be relied on and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages and address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- The candidate should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, advise on menu selections, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- The candidate should serve food and beverages, supervise other servers and bussing staff, take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, provide customer service.
