Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables with attention to detail and presentation
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings accurately
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers with clear and enticing language
- The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections based on customers’ preferences and dietary restrictions
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages courteously
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff accurately and in a timely manner
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, demonstrating a proactive and accommodating approach
- The candidates should provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling customer needs throughout their dining experience
