Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks as needed
  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads safely and efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to work overtime as required by the job demands

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure they are of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • The candidates should be able to advise customers on menu selections, considering their preferences and dietary restrictions
  • The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean dining environment
  • The candidates should be able to order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware as per organizational standards
  • The candidates should be able to perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff accurately
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients or guests with special needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
