Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including experience in weight handling up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction and meeting client needs, possessing efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and priorities, exhibiting reliability in fulfilling their responsibilities consistently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms, describe menu items including daily specials, and advise on menu selections
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
