Kentucky Fried Chicken based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food counter attendant. Kentucky Fried Chicken often abbreviated as KFC, is a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain specializing in fried chicken. Founded by Colonel Harland Sanders in 1952, KFC has become synonymous with its signature blend of 11 herbs and spices, which give its chicken its distinct flavor. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used, package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and take customers’ orders
- The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
