Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and be capable of standing for extended periods
- The candidates should have a keen attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should have experience with weight handling, up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and show flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate food safety/handling skills, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in food-related tasks, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects to maintain high-quality final products
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials, contributing to the logistical flow of production, and measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines, following specified recipes and production requirements
- The candidates should be able to remove filled containers from conveyors, maintaining the efficiency of the production line, and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, following established packaging procedures
- The candidates should be able to feed and unload processing machines, actively participating in the production process, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects, ensuring the high quality of the final products
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas, following sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
