Salary: $143,000 to $165,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working effectively under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to manage a large workload
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and be physically capable of meeting demands

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and exhibit excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should exercise good judgment, be organized, and be reliable
  • The candidates should be effective team players and adhere to values and ethics

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning of operations, evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and disruptions in production
  • The candidates should be able to plan and organize daily operations efficiently, maximizing productivity and efficiency, direct quality control inspections to maintain product standards and customer satisfaction, and hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques, ensuring a skilled workforce
  • The candidates should be able to plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and quality, plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective functioning of the department or organization
