Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods if necessary and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating reliability
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and items to serving areas, set tables, clear, and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to keep records of food quantities used, package take-out food, portion, wrap, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
