Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 to 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, wet/damp, and hot area.
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility, values and ethics
- The candidates should be reliable, flexible, and be able to work as a team player.
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, prepare budget and cost estimates
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and stablish work schedules.
