Dairy Queen is an American multimillion chain of soft serve ice cream and fast food restaurants, founded on 1940. We operated our business through more than 6,400 stores in 27 countries. Our stores are operated under several brands, all bearing the Dairy Queen logo and carrying the company’s signature soft-serve ice cream. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control.
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays.
