Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, following safety guidelines and protocols while performing tasks above ground level, and be comfortable working in confined spaces, demonstrating the ability to navigate and execute duties in restricted environments
- The candidates should be prepared for dusty conditions, maintaining focus and efficiency despite potential environmental challenges, and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary to complete tasks effectively
- The candidates should be able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their work shifts, possess the strength and stamina to handle heavy loads safely and efficiently, and be prepared for physically demanding work, maintaining energy and focus to meet job requirements
- The candidates should be adept at working under tight deadlines, managing time effectively to accomplish tasks promptly and accurately

- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work, consistently producing precise and error-free results, and possess efficient interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements, and prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials, and build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- The candidates should be able to fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
