Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Residential
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, gloves, and ear plugs
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as required and be able to work at heights if necessary
- The candidates should also be able to work in noisy environments and be prepared to work in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, physically fit to handle demanding tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines, prepared for repetitive tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to discriminate between sounds as required by the job and handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize accuracy in their work and demonstrate dependability in consistently fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should also be able to perform routine maintenance work and read and interpret blueprints
