Days Inn High Level Hotel based in High Level, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Front desk agent. Days Inn High Level Hotel offers comfortable guest rooms or suites equipped with amenities such as comfortable beds, private bathrooms, televisions, and Wi-Fi access. We have an on-site restaurant and also offer complimentary breakfast for guests, providing a convenient dining option. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, dependable, organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • The candidates should be able to take, cancel and change room reservations, investigate and resolve complaints and claims
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, provide customer service
